Capsicum Grading

Capsicum or pepper grading, is undertaken by the CombiSort machine. The CombiSort has a capacity of 5 fruit per second per lane, and this makes it a perfect solution for big or small projects. Like many other fruits, capsicums can be graded for size, colour, external quality, internal quality and weight.
