Pear Grading

Pear grading is a very similar process to apple grading. Pears can be sorted in accordance to many characteristics such as blemishes, flavour, weight, size and colour.

Software alows the user to grade by diameter and length of the fruit, this alows pears like Bosc or Conference to be graded on the same system.
