Stone Fruit Grading

Stone fruit require a particularly gentle grading process as they are very susceptible to bruising. The grading systems used are similar to that of tomato grading, except often wet bin dumpers are used. The machines available are as follows:

• Capacity: 5 fruits per second per lane

• Capacity: 8 fruits per second per lane
• SmartSort
• Capacity: 12 fruits per second per lane
• EasySort
• Capacity: 15 fruits per second per lane
